I face my fears for the rush and ship systems for the work.
I'm Jesha — a product designer who turned into an operations lead, partly by choice and partly because I kept saying yes to the problem nobody else wanted to own.
My approach to work is the same as my approach to life: find the thing that's a little scary, then go do it. I jumped out of a plane to see if I'd panic. I learned to scuba dive after snorkeling stopped feeling like a stretch. I built Bracetek from zero because nobody had built it before and I wanted to see if I could.
The pattern matters. The work I'm proudest of is always at the edge of what I knew how to do — and the edge is where the interesting design problems live.
