I design &
ship systems.

Product designer turned operations lead. I notice problems and build the systems to fix them — workflow, software, and the team that runs it. Currently scaling Bracetek, a healthcare program I built from zero to $120K/month.

Whistle Paws

A service dog training app for aging adults.

Master's thesis project. Aging adults often have service dogs but can't keep up with the training routines those dogs need. The app adapts training to the human's pace — keeping the dog working and the owner independent.

Jesha Shah portrait IMAGES/ABOUT/JESHA.JPG

I face my fears for the rush and ship systems for the work.

I'm Jesha — a product designer who turned into an operations lead, partly by choice and partly because I kept saying yes to the problem nobody else wanted to own.

My approach to work is the same as my approach to life: find the thing that's a little scary, then go do it. I jumped out of a plane to see if I'd panic. I learned to scuba dive after snorkeling stopped feeling like a stretch. I built Bracetek from zero because nobody had built it before and I wanted to see if I could.

The pattern matters. The work I'm proudest of is always at the edge of what I knew how to do — and the edge is where the interesting design problems live.

04 / APPROACH HOW I WORK
— APPROACH
Most designers hand off and walk away. I designed Bracetek's workflow, then spent three years running it. That's the work I want to do more of.

I'm open to operations and PM roles where the design problem and the operations problem are the same problem. Healthcare especially.
